Fermentation time: 20 hours. You can enjoy this product without effects of chemicals. This GMO-free, organic, vegetarian, and vegan coffee is also dairy-free, sugar-free, gluten-free, and nut-free, among other specifications. The coffee has a fine grind or coarse. Add into "Buyers Note" when checking out your specifications. It is standard practice to state: "Use within 12 months" But coffee can be stored in freezer even as its being used.
